What is your return policy?
Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns of decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.
Return requests must be made within 30 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by BELLA+CANVAS Customer Service. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization #). All returns are subject to inspection.
Do I need a resale license to open a Wholesale Account?
Yes, our wholesale accounts are only open to resellers with a valid resale license. Our product is intended to be embellished by companies and resold to their customers.
Do I need a resale license to open a Makers Account?
No - decorators without a resale license are welcome to register for a Makers Account; however, only licensed resellers, commercial screen printers and promotional product distributors are eligible for waived sales tax.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders ship via our preferred carrier, United Parcel Service, unless indicated otherwise on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow one business day to process all orders.
To ensure the safety of large orders we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all cartons over $500.
Spend a minimum of $200 to get free UPS ground shipping on your order. Applicable to orders shipping within the continental US. Questions? Email us at sales@bellacanvas.com or write in the chat.
Do you have a will-call option?
No - will-call pick ups are not available to Makers account customers.
Can I change my account if I obtain a resale license?
Yes! Please email your resale documents to wholesale@bellacanvas.com and allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your account has been updated.
