No, decorators without a resale license are welcome to register for a Makers Account; however, only licensed resellers, commercial screen printers and promotional product distributors are eligible for waived sales tax.

Domestic shipments do not have any minimum order quantities. International orders must order by the case.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to fully process prior to shipment. For same day shipping, orders must be placed by the below times:

• Maryland warehouse — same day shipping cutoff time Ground 4 PM EST and Expedited 2:00 PM EST.
• Nevada warehouse — same day shipping cutoff time Ground 4 PM PST and Expedited 2:00 PM PST.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Credit cards will be charged upon shipment of order.

Licensed resellers, commercial screen printers, and promotional product distributors may also submit a Credit Application, however, you must allow 24-48 hours for factor approval.

2026 printed Color Cards and Catalogs are coming soon. Submit a request to receive one by mail in the next 2-3 weeks. Quantities are limited and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once available.
